Ingredients

  • Burger buns: 4

  • Tomato: 1, sliced
  • Onion: 1, sliced
  • Ketchup: To taste
  • Mustard: To taste
  • Salt: 5 g
  • Black pepper: 2 g

Instructions

Preparation:

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper.
  • Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  • Let the patties sit for about 10-15 minutes.

Cooking the Patties:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  • Place the burger patties in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties are cooked to your liking.
  • In the last minute of cooking, place a cheese slice on each patty to melt.
