Instructions

Preparation:

  • In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  • Add the beaten egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until just combined.
