Air Fryer Thai Fish Cakes Recipe

Embark on a culinary journey to Thailand with our Air Fryer Thai Fish Cakes recipe. These fish cakes are a staple in Thai cuisine, known for their aromatic flavours and delightful texture. Ideal for those in Singapore seeking a zesty and savoury appetizer or main dish, this recipe transforms traditional Thai fish cakes into a healthier option using an air fryer.

The fish cakes are infused with Thai red curry paste, green beans, and kaffir lime leaves, offering a perfect balance of spice and freshness. Air frying them ensures a crispy exterior while keeping the inside moist and flavourful, all with significantly less oil than deep frying.
