  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) rice flour
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) green beans, finely chopped
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves, finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
  • Cooking oil spray
  • Sweet chili sauce for serving

Preparation Duration

  • Combine minced fish, Thai red curry paste, egg, rice flour, green beans, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, and sugar in a bowl. Let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.
