- 200g minced pork or chicken
- 180g minced shrimp
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 20-25 wonton skin
- Cooking spray (for air frying)
