Ingredients
- 8 chicken thigh fillets, cut into medium-sized pieces
- 16 pandan leaves (for wrapping)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) white pepper
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
Marination Duration

- Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the pandan leaves are slightly crispy.
