  • Pork chops: 2 pieces (approximately 500 g total)
  • Olive oil: 15 ml
  • Garlic powder: 5 g
  • Paprika: 5 g
  • Dried thyme: 2 g
  • Salt: 5 g
  • Black pepper: 2 g




  • If the pork chops are thick, use a meat mallet to pound them to an even thickness.
